Breastfeeding Support

"I just wanted to thank you for well…being available. I spoke with Laine a couple of days ago in search of a lactation consultant. She referred me to one of their great consultants and I couldn't be happier. She was so great. Then I stuck around to take a prenatal yoga class, which was wonderful. It was so nice to be around so many expectant women. Your boutique has everything I could ever need and I plan to come in for a bra fitting, as I get closer to delivery. "I never had the slightest bit of trouble breastfeeding my first child; he figured it out immediately and had a nice, deep latch. So when my second child was born and I found myself sobbing with pain every time I nursed, I called A Mother's Haven. The support and care that I got from Leslye Adelman and Laine Podell-Camino was exactly what I needed. They were able to identify what my baby was doing to create the ring of bruises around my nipples and help me teach him how to latch on properly. The also showed me several alternative positions to nurse in that were much more comfortable for me. I also learned that I needed much larger breast-shields for my electric pump - something I would never have discovered on my own! HypnoBirthing
