Shipping Information

Checkout
After adding all the desired items to your shopping bag, review them to be sure you have everything you want and then click "Checkout" button.

Shipping & Billing Information
You will need to provide your bill to and ship to addresses (please note: the bill to address must match exactly the address on your credit card statement). Then proceed to choose a shipping method and method of payment. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as PayPal for online orders.

Sales Tax
A Mother's Haven is required to collect sales use tax on products in the state of California.

Submit Your Order
Please review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "Checkout" button. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your confirmation number. As a courtesy, we will also send you a confirmation call or e-mail once your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped quickly, often the same day or the next day. If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us immediately at 818-380-3111.


We make every effort to keep the web inventory updated daily, but we can't always guarantee an item's availability. If an item is out of stock, we will call or email you and let you know. Out of stock items can often be ordered for you, and we will let you know how soon we can get them in.

Ground Shipping (5-7 business days)
We offer FREE Standard Ground (via UPS Ground or USPS) shipping on all domestic orders over $50.00 (fifty dollars) and only charge a flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $50.00. A Mother's Haven reserves the right to ship items separately due to size and weight of package (therefore, items ordered together may be received separately).

Hawaii & Alaska
Cost is based on size/weight of product and type of shipment chosen. Please call us at 818-380-3111 before competing order to determine cost.

Canada
