Checkout
After adding all the desired items to your shopping bag, review them to be sure you have everything you want and then click "Checkout" button.

Shipping & Billing Information
You will need to provide your bill to and ship to addresses (please note: the bill to address must match exactly the address on your credit card statement). Then proceed to choose a shipping method and method of payment. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Sales Tax
A Mother's Haven is required to collect sales use tax on products and shipping and handling charges in the state of California.

Submit your Order
Please review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "Checkout" button. Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your confirmation number. As a courtesy, we will also send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped.

Orders received before 2PM PST will ship that day pending billing and shipping information.
Orders received after 2PM PST will ship the next business day (Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders received after 2PM on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday.
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification, including tracking information.

We make every effort to keep the web inventory updated daily, but we can't always guarantee an item's availability. If an item is out of stock we will email you and let you know that day. Back-ordered items are usually shipped within 2-weeks or less barring any manufacturers' back order.

We offer FREE Standard Ground (via UPS Ground) shipping on all domestic orders, over $50.00 (fifty dollars) and only charge a flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $50.00. A Mother's Haven reserves the right to ship items separately due to size and weight of package (therefore, items ordered together may be received separately).
