Return Policy

 
We pride ourselves in the merchandise we carry and the customer service we provide. We truly appreciate your business and want to ensure your shopping experience with us is easy and pleasant. If you have any questions or if there is anything we can do for you, please don't hesitate to contact us.

All messages will be returned on or before the next business day.


Exchanges



We will gladly exchange an item as long as it has not been used, worn, washed or altered, and has the original tags attached and in its original packaging and condition. If you need a different size or color of the item you purchased, please call or email us with your request along with your original order number. When we receive your request, we will charge your card for the new item as soon as it ships out and we will issue a refund for the item you are returning as soon as we receive it. Please remember, since we are a specialty boutique, some of our items are one of a kind or specialty seasonal and not reorderable, we cannot guarantee that the item size or color you want will be available. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to make an exchange and we will do our best to accomodate you.


Returns



We pride all our products, and want you to be thrilled with your purchase from A Mother's Haven. However, if you aren't completely satisfied, you may return non-sale items up to 21 days from the shipping date for a full refund with original receipt (less shipping costs and any overweight/size shipping charges). Please send return merchandise to the address below.

Returned Merchandise received within 21 days from the ship date of your order, that has not been used, worn, washed or altered, and has the original tags attached, is in its original packaging and condition and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, will be refunded to your credit card for the full amount paid (excluding any discounts, gift wrapping, or shipping costs).. (Instead of a refund, take A Mother’s Haven Store Credit and receive an additional 10% the amount of your return in credit!)

If your Return Merchandise is received by us more than 21 days from original shipping date you will receive an A Mother's Haven store/webstore credit. Please note there are no exceptions to this 21-day rule. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after shipping will be credited at the current sale price on date of receipt by us.

Non-sale merchandise returned without a receipt or after 21 days from the ship date, and merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store/webstore credit only.

As much as we want to ensure your satisfaction, A Mother's Haven is not responsible for damages that might occur during normal care of any item, such as dry cleaning or washing. A Mother's Haven is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 21-day return policy. If an item doesn't fit, make sure to return or exchange it according to our return policy. Please be sure to read our sizing charts before making your purchase.

Please note that A Mother's Haven does not pay for return shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any item that appears to have been used, worn or washed prior to return.

Final Sales Items

All sale, customized or special order, furniture, and drop-shipped purchases are FINAL SALES; no refunds or credits are available.

We are unable to accept returns on: Undergarments, skin care, personal use products such as baby bottles, breastpumps, breastpump parts or accessories, breastpads, and seasonal items such as holiday dresses and bathing suits are FINAL SALES. Due to hygienic considerations, there are no exceptions to this rule.

Out-of-Stock items:

We try our best to keep the website up-to-date, however sometimes certain items sell-out before we are able to update the site. In the event of that happening we will email you to let you know that the item is out of stock and when we are expecting a new shipment. Keep in mind, that as we are a small boutique and carry many unique items and clothing that is cut to order, we might not always be able to re-order an out of stock item. In that case, we will issue you a refund immediately.
